Stories evoke interest and curiosity. They are the strongest tool to transfer knowledge and experience amongst people. the stories we tell and listen to influence what we think and believe. SGNP teams up with Neelam Fernando to launch interesting and highly engaging storytelling workshops. Neelam is a full-time storyteller accredited by Kathalaya. This is a unique and fun workshop for children that introduces storytelling techniques and best practices through dramatisation, fun physical and mental games and of course stories! And if this wasn’t enough, we also have a jungle story trail surprise for you at the end of the session.
Profile of the program expert:
Neelam Fernando is a full-time storyteller accredited by Kathalaya, the globally recognised academy for storytelling which is affiliated with International Institute of Storytelling, Tennessee, USA. She works with differently abled children, toddlers, kids, teenagers & corporates, uses storytelling as an effective tool for learning, communication and channelling their inner energy and creativity in a systematic way. Neelam spent over 11 years working with Fortune 500’s like Accenture & Unilever ventures, as the Head of Service Delivery before she chose to Decamp to fuel her passion for storytelling.
Who can participate:
Kids between 7 to 15 years

₹1,100/- per head.
Parents can wait at the venue if they want they can accompany the kids on the outdoor session with an additional charge of ₹100/- per head.

Charges don’t include:
Main gate entry, camera charges and vehicle charges at SGNP.
1. Wear proper walking shoes. No sandals or slippers, please.
2. Carry an ample amount of water for yourself.
3. Please carry water bottles and a snack box.
4. Loose comfortable (preferably full) clothing.
5. Refrain from carrying costly items (except cameras) and jewellery for the trail.
